After
installing the Ragnaronk Online Client Program, the setup window
pops up
automatically. You can check the details of each menu by moving
your cursor
around on the picture to the left.

You can choose setting by
clicking cursor for each field,
I recommend you to check, Full Screen
Mode to get Ultimate Gaming experience
Bigger the screen resolution, more
space you can get in the game.
The other setting is for Sound, Music
3D Effects, etc
If you feel the game run too slow,
you can deactivate some or
entire 3D effects.

After
Arranging the 'Setup.exe' , Run 'Ragnarok.exe'. Be sure you have at
least
800MB of free disk space first! when you run `Ragnarok', the newest
patches will
be downloaded automatically. After the patching, you can read the
notice for new
events. The Notice Window informs you of the latest updatesand information.
You can log on with an account which you registered for on this official
website.
After the logon, choose your favorite server, either Chaos or Loki.
[Server Select
Screen] When you Successfully log in to the server, You can see 3
empty slots
for characters. [Character Select Screen]
Choose one empty slot to make a character. Currently there are 36
Hairstyles and
8 Haircolours you can choose for Characters. Sooner or later, it will
combine into
72 available types with clothes and other stuff. In the `Make' section,
you can
arrange the beginning status of your character however you want. The
details of
each status are the following:
STR
(Strength-Kekuatan)
Increase attack strength and the maximum weight which you can carry.
AGI (Agility-Kelincahan)
Increase dodge and attack speed.
VIT (Vitality-Daya Tahan tubuh)
Increase defense rate, hit points, and HP recovery speed.
INT (Intelligent-Kecerdasan)
Increase magical attack strength and magical defense rate.
DEX (Dexterity-Ketepatan/Akurasi)
Increase accuracy rate and weapon damage.
LUK (Luck-Keberuntungan)
Affects critical attack rate, recovery from abnormal status, and
various other things.
You can specialize
your character from the very first place if you fully understand
what the status points do.
Furthermore, the beginning status will very highly affect the future
profession of
your character.
